AngloGold Ashanti's subsidiary, Kedahda, has been linked to military and paramilitary oppression in Colombia's southern Bolivar Department. AngloGold Ashanti is 41% owned by Anglo American plc.
Mineworker's leader, Francisco Ramirez is put at risk after his protection is withdrawn by the Colombian government.
